Contact the 99exch.in desk

The 99exch.in ID desk is reached on WhatsApp through the chat buttons on this website. This page explains what to send for each kind of request, how quickly we usually reply, how to make sure you are talking to the real desk, and what to do if something goes wrong.

How to reach the desk

There is one way to contact 99exch.in: WhatsApp, through the chat buttons on this website. Every "Chat with us", "Ask the ID desk" and similar button opens a conversation with the support number configured for this domain. If that number ever changes, the buttons change with it, so starting from this site is always the reliable route back to us.

We do not offer email or telephone support, and we do not run a Telegram channel or any other broadcast group. If you see an email address, phone line or channel claiming to be the 99exch.in desk, it is not us. Keeping everything in a single WhatsApp thread is deliberate: it gives you and the desk one complete record of every ID detail, deposit confirmation and withdrawal reference, which is the best protection either side has if a question comes up later.

99exch.in is an independent information website and ID desk. We are not the operator of the 99exch panel. The desk opens IDs, credits deposits, pays withdrawals and answers questions; odds, markets and the settlement of results are decided by the platform.

What to send for each kind of request

Most delays happen because a first message is missing one detail, which forces a second round of questions before anyone can act. Use the table below to include everything the desk needs in your opening message.

RequestWhat to include
New IDThe name to attach to the ID and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Say if you already hold an ID with another agent.
Password reset or locked IDYour username exactly as it appears on the panel. Never your password or any OTP.
Current login linkYour username. The desk sends the panel address that currently works.
Deposit not creditedUsername, amount, time of payment, the UTR or transaction reference typed as text, and a screenshot of the success screen.
Withdrawal requestUsername, amount, and the bank account or UPI ID in your own name that you want it paid to.
Withdrawal taking longer than usualUsername, amount and the time you requested it.
Bet or market questionMarket name, match, your stake, the odds and the time the bet was placed. A screenshot of the bet history line helps.
Deposit limit, time-out or self-exclusionUsername and the limit or break you want. See the section on limits below.
Closing an IDUsername and the words "close my ID". Any remaining balance is paid out first.
Reporting a fake site, app or numberThe address, file name or number, and where you found it.

Response times

The desk is staffed around the clock. For most of the day the first reply arrives in under a minute; at peak match times, such as IPL evenings and India internationals, it can take up to five minutes. Resolution times depend on the request:

  • New ID: usually set up within a few minutes of a complete first message.
  • Password reset or unlock: usually a few minutes once ownership is confirmed.
  • Deposit credit: usually one to two minutes after confirmation for UPI and NetBanking, and five to ten minutes for IMPS or bank transfer.
  • Withdrawal: 15 to 30 minutes is typical for an ordinary daytime UPI withdrawal. Big match evenings, bank or UPI outages, first withdrawals and new payout details can take longer, and the desk will tell you in the chat when that applies.

If a request is taking longer than these windows, reply in the same thread rather than starting a new chat. A new conversation splits the record and usually slows things down.

What the desk will never ask for

Whatever you contact us about, the desk will never ask for:

  • your current login password or transaction password;
  • an OTP sent to your phone;
  • your UPI PIN, card number, CVV or net banking password;
  • a fee to open an ID, a "registration charge", or any "tax", "unlock fee" or extra deposit before a withdrawal;
  • remote access to your phone through screen-sharing apps.

A request for any of these means you are not talking to the 99exch.in desk. Stop the conversation and do not send anything.

How to make sure you are talking to the real desk

Fake support numbers are one of the most common ways people lose money around betting panels. A few habits keep you safe:

  1. Start every conversation from a button on this website, reached by typing the address yourself or from your own bookmark, never from a search ad or a forwarded link.
  2. Ignore numbers posted in comments, groups or videos that claim to be "99exch customer care" or a "head office". The operator does not provide a public helpline; support comes from the agent who issued your ID.
  3. Keep using the thread where your ID was issued. If a different number contacts you first, saying it is the desk, do not reply with any details. Check by messaging from this website's button instead.
  4. Be suspicious of urgency. Messages saying your ID will be blocked unless you act within minutes are a pressure tactic.

Our 99exch WhatsApp number guide explains these checks in more detail.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, raise it in the same WhatsApp thread. The desk works through disputes in a simple order:

  1. Evidence first. For payments, that means the screenshot and UTR. For bets, the market name, stake, odds and time.
  2. Desk records. Most payment questions are resolved here, because both sides can see whether a transfer arrived or was sent.
  3. Escalation to the platform. Settlement rules, voided markets and technical outages are decided by the platform. The desk passes your case up with the evidence attached and tells you when it has done so.
  4. Outcome. You are told the result in the same thread, including when the answer is not the one you hoped for.

Please be aware of a structural limitation: because the agent model operates outside formal regulation in India, there is no external regulator or ombudsman to which a dispute can be referred. That is one of the reasons we encourage every reader to read the legal position before doing anything.

Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion

You can ask the desk at any time to apply a deposit cap (daily, weekly or monthly), a time-out from 24 hours up to six weeks, a longer self-exclusion, or a permanent closure. Lowering a limit or starting a break takes effect as soon as you confirm; raising a limit is deliberately slower. We will not try to talk you out of a limit. Our responsible gaming page explains each option, and free, confidential support is available from the Tele-MANAS helpline on 14416.

Reporting an error on this website

If you think something in one of our guides is wrong, out of date or unclear, send the page name and what you believe is incorrect through the same WhatsApp chat. Every report is checked, and corrected pages show an updated review date. Our editorial policy explains how guides are written and corrected.

If you have been scammed

If you have lost money to a fake site, a fake agent or someone posing as support, act quickly:

  • call the national cyber fraud helpline on 1930, ideally within the first hour or two, when there is the best chance of funds being frozen;
  • file a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in;
  • contact your bank or UPI app to report the transaction;
  • keep every screenshot, number and transaction reference.

If the scam involved someone using the 99exch.in name, tell the desk as well so that we can warn other readers.

18+ only. Online betting involves real financial risk and is restricted under Indian law. Read the legal position and our responsible gaming page before doing anything.
