99exch WhatsApp Number and Customer Care: How Support Really Works
There is no single 99exch customer care number that serves every player. The panel works through agents, and support comes from the desk that issued your ID, usually on WhatsApp. This page explains how that support works, what to send for each request, how to make sure you are talking to the real desk, and how to spot the fake “head office” numbers that scammers spread. 99exch.in is an independent ID desk and information site, not the panel operator.

Why there is no single 99exch customer care number
People search for a 99exch WhatsApp number, a 99exch customer care number or a 99exch contact number expecting to find one helpline, the way a bank or a telecom company has one. That number does not exist, and the reason is structural rather than a matter of secrecy.
The 99exch panel runs on an agent model. The operator runs the software, the markets and the settlement of results, but it does not normally open accounts or handle money for individual players. That work is done by agents, also called ID desks. Each desk opens IDs on the panel, receives deposits, pays withdrawals and answers questions for the players it serves. Because every desk handles its own players, every desk has its own contact number.
The consequence is simple but important: the only support number that can help you is the number of the desk that issued your ID. Another agent cannot see your balance, reset your password, trace your deposit or send your withdrawal, however helpful they sound. A number that claims to be the operator's central helpline for all players should be treated with suspicion, because that is not how the system works.
This page explains how support works at our desk, what to send in each situation, how to confirm that you are chatting with the real desk, and how to recognise the fake numbers that circulate around the 99exch name. If you already have an ID with another agent, the verification and scam sections still apply to you.
How support works at the 99exch.in desk
Support at this desk runs on WhatsApp. Every chat button on this website opens a conversation with the support number configured for this domain. That design is deliberate. If the number ever changes, it is updated in one place and every button on the site follows, so returning through the website is always more reliable than using a number you saved months ago.
The desk is staffed around the clock. For most of the day, the first reply arrives in under a minute. During the busiest match evenings, such as IPL fixtures and India internationals, it can take up to five minutes, because message volumes rise sharply at the toss, at innings breaks and after the final ball. If a reply takes longer than that, it is usually because the desk is checking something for you, such as tracing a payment, and you will be told so in the chat.
The desk handles five kinds of request:
- New IDs. Opening a username on the panel and sending you the login details and current link. There is no fee for this.
- Deposits. Sharing current payment details, confirming receipt and crediting points to your ID.
- Withdrawals. Verifying your request, debiting points and sending money to your registered account.
- Account help. Password resets, unlocking an ID after failed attempts, and sending the current panel link.
- Limits and closure. Deposit caps, time-outs, self-exclusion and permanent closure on request.
When a request involves money, the desk checks it against your ID and the payment records before replying, which is why a deposit confirmation sometimes takes a minute longer than a simple question about the login link. Because the whole conversation stays in one thread, whoever picks it up later can see the full history, so you do not need to repeat your story each time you write.
What the desk cannot do is change how the panel settles a market. Odds, market rules and results are decided by the operator. If you disagree with a settlement, the desk can explain the market's rules and raise a query, but it cannot overturn a result on its own authority. More about how our desk operates is on the about page.
How to make sure you are talking to the real desk
Impersonation is the biggest risk around support numbers. Scammers copy desk names, logos and profile pictures, and some even copy the wording of real messages. A few checks make it very hard for them to fool you.
- Start every conversation from a source you control. Open the chat from a button on this website, reached through your own bookmark, or from the chat history where you originally received your ID. Never start from a number posted in a comment, a Telegram group, a YouTube description or a search advert.
- Check the conversation history. Your real desk chat contains the message where your ID was issued, your deposit confirmations and earlier replies. A brand-new chat that claims to be “the same desk, new number” deserves suspicion until you confirm it through the website.
- Be wary of unsolicited contact. A genuine desk replies to you; it does not usually send you an unexpected message offering a bonus, warning of a problem with your account or asking you to verify anything.
- Look at what is being asked. If the chat asks for an OTP, your UPI PIN, your current password, a transaction password, a screen-sharing app or a fee, stop. Whatever the profile says, that is not a genuine support process.
- Use a small test when in doubt. If you are unsure, ask a question only the real desk could answer, such as confirming your username or the date of your last deposit, without supplying the answer yourself.
A WhatsApp business profile name or a green tick is not proof on its own. Profile names can be set to anything, and verification badges are sometimes imitated in profile pictures. The route you took to reach the chat matters more than how the profile looks.
What you should never send to any support number
A genuine desk needs very little from you, and it never needs anything that would let someone take money from your bank or control of your ID. The list below applies to us, to every other agent, and to anyone claiming to be the operator.
| Never send | Why a scammer wants it |
|---|---|
| An OTP sent to your phone | It authorises a transaction or login in your name |
| Your UPI PIN | It approves payments out of your bank account |
| Your current panel password or transaction password | It lets them log in, place bets or change payout details |
| Card numbers, CVV or expiry date | Direct card fraud |
| Net banking login details | Full access to your bank account |
| Access through AnyDesk, TeamViewer or any screen-sharing app | Remote control of your phone, including banking apps and messages |
| Any “fee”, “tax” or “unlock charge” before a withdrawal | A genuine withdrawal never requires you to pay first |
When our desk resets a password, it issues you a new temporary password; it does not ask for the old one. When it verifies a withdrawal account, it asks for a screenshot showing the account holder's name, not your login details. Our forgot password guide explains the reset process in full.
What to write for each request: message templates
Clear messages get faster answers. When the desk has everything it needs in your first message, it can act without a round of follow-up questions. The table below shows what to include for the most common requests.
| Request | What to include | Example message |
|---|---|---|
| New ID | That you want a new ID, the name to attach to it, confirmation you are 18+ | “Hello, I would like a new 99exch ID. Name: R. Sharma. I am over 18.” |
| Deposit | Your username, the amount you will send, the method | “Username abc123. I want to deposit ₹2,000 by UPI. Please share current details.” |
| Deposit confirmation | Screenshot showing amount, time and UTR or transaction reference | “Paid ₹2,000 at 7:42 pm, UTR attached.” |
| Withdrawal | Username, amount, registered account or UPI ID | “Username abc123. Please withdraw ₹3,000 to my registered UPI ID.” |
| Password reset | Username and that you are locked out or have forgotten it | “Username abc123. I have forgotten my password, please reset.” |
| Current link | Username and that your saved link no longer opens | “Username abc123. My saved link is not opening. Please send the current one.” |
| Limit or time-out | Username and the limit you want | “Username abc123. Please set a weekly deposit cap of ₹2,000.” |
Notice what is missing from every template: passwords, OTPs and PINs. Your username is enough to identify your ID; the chat history and payment records do the rest.
Deposits and withdrawals through WhatsApp support
Most support conversations are about money, so it helps to know how the desk handles each direction and what usually causes delays.
Deposits
Before each deposit, ask for the current payment details. They change from time to time, and paying into an old account is the most common reason a credit is delayed. The minimum is ₹500 by UPI or NetBanking and ₹1,000 by IMPS or bank transfer. Pay from an account in your own name, send exactly the amount you mentioned, and share a clear screenshot with the transaction reference. Points are normally credited within a couple of minutes of confirmation for UPI and NetBanking, and a little longer for bank transfers. Full limits are on our payment methods page.
Withdrawals
Message the amount and the registered account it should go to. The desk checks that the points are available, not held as exposure on open bets, and that the payout details match those on record. An ordinary daytime UPI withdrawal usually reaches you in 15 to 30 minutes. First withdrawals and withdrawals to new details may need a screenshot showing the account holder's name. Busy match evenings, bank outages and large amounts take longer, and the desk will tell you in the chat if a delay is expected. Our withdrawal guide covers each step.
When a deposit has not been credited
Do not send a second payment to “push” the first one through. Instead, send the screenshot again with the UTR or transaction reference and the time of payment. If you paid into old details by mistake, say so clearly; tracing is possible but takes longer. Keep the conversation in one chat so that every record stays together.
Typical response and completion times by request
A fast first reply is not the same as a finished request. Some tasks are done in the chat within seconds; others depend on banks, payment networks or verification. The table below shows what to expect at this desk under normal conditions, so that you can tell the difference between an ordinary wait and a genuine problem.
| Request | First reply | Usually completed | What can slow it down |
|---|---|---|---|
| New ID | Under a minute | A few minutes after the short verification chat | Peak match times; missing age confirmation |
| Current panel link | Under a minute | Immediately | Very rarely, a link change in progress |
| Password reset or unlock | Under a minute | A few minutes after ownership is confirmed | Being unable to confirm the username |
| Deposit credit (UPI / NetBanking) | Under a minute | 1–2 minutes after confirmation | Wrong amount, old payment details, unclear screenshot |
| Deposit credit (IMPS / bank transfer) | Under a minute | 5–10 minutes | Bank processing, holidays for some transfer types |
| Withdrawal (daytime UPI) | Under a minute | 15–30 minutes | Match-night queues, bank outages, first-time verification |
| Deposit cap or time-out | Under a minute | Applied as soon as you confirm | None |
At peak match times, add a few minutes to the first-reply column. If a request goes well beyond these windows without an explanation in the chat, send a polite follow-up in the same thread with your reference number; that keeps the record in one place and puts your request back at the top of the queue.
Protecting your own WhatsApp account
Most advice about fake support numbers focuses on the other side of the chat. Your own WhatsApp account deserves the same attention, because if a scammer takes it over, they can message your desk while pretending to be you, request password resets and try to redirect withdrawals.
- Turn on two-step verification. In WhatsApp settings, add a PIN that is required whenever your number is registered on a new phone. It stops someone who has obtained your SMS code from taking over the account.
- Never share your WhatsApp registration code. A common trick is a message from a “friend” saying a code was sent to you by mistake. That code is the key to your account.
- Check linked devices. WhatsApp lists every computer or browser linked to your account. Remove any you do not recognise.
- Watch for SIM problems. If your phone suddenly loses signal for no reason, contact your mobile operator quickly; SIM-swap fraud is used to intercept codes.
- Lock your phone. A screen lock and an app lock on WhatsApp keep your chats private if the phone is lost.
If you think your WhatsApp account has been compromised, tell your desk through the website straight away, so that it can pause withdrawals and lock your panel ID until you have regained control.
Groups, broadcast channels and “tips” numbers
Alongside support numbers, the 99exch name is attached to a large number of WhatsApp groups, broadcast channels and Telegram communities promising tips, session predictions, fixed matches or guaranteed profits. Some are run by enthusiasts sharing opinions; many exist to sell paid “sure” tips, to recruit players for unknown agents, or to collect phone numbers for later scams.
Three points are worth remembering. First, nobody can guarantee the result of a match, a session or a casino round, and anyone selling certainty is selling nothing. Second, a group is not your desk: a group admin cannot see or fix your ID, and messages in a group are not support. Third, being added to a group exposes your number to every other member, including scammers who then message you privately posing as support. You can change your WhatsApp privacy settings so that only your contacts can add you to groups, which removes most of this risk.
Our desk does not run tip groups and does not sell predictions. If someone uses our name to do so, it is not us.
Common fake support number scams
Because players search for support numbers, scammers publish fake ones. They appear in comment sections under videos and articles, in Telegram and Facebook groups, on lookalike websites and occasionally in search adverts. The scripts they use are surprisingly consistent.
The “head office” number
A number claims to be the operator's central customer care line, able to fix any problem for any player. Once you call or message, the “agent” asks for your username and password to “check your account”, then changes your payout details or empties your balance. There is no central helpline in the agent model; this claim alone is a warning sign.
The refund or stuck-withdrawal scam
You complain publicly that a withdrawal is delayed. Within minutes, someone contacts you offering to release it, but first you must pay a processing fee, a tax or a verification deposit. Once you pay, a new fee appears. No genuine withdrawal requires a payment in advance.
The remote-access scam
The “support agent” says the problem is technical and asks you to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer, QuickSupport or a similar app so that they can fix it. Once installed, these apps let the caller see and control your phone, including banking apps and the OTPs arriving by SMS. No legitimate betting desk support process needs remote access to your phone. Never install such an app at the request of anyone you do not know personally.
The bonus or upgrade message
An unexpected message offers a large bonus, a VIP upgrade or a “loss recovery” scheme if you deposit to a new account or share your login. Real desks do not need your login to apply a bonus, and they do not chase you with unsolicited offers.
The cloned desk
A scammer copies a real desk's name and profile picture onto a new number and messages that desk's players, claiming the old number has been closed. The fix is simple: confirm any change of number through the website you trust, never through the new number itself.

What to do if you have been scammed
If you have shared an OTP, a PIN or a password, installed a remote-access app or paid money to someone you now suspect, act quickly. Speed matters, because early reports give the best chance of freezing money before it is moved on.
- Call 1930. This is India's national cyber crime helpline for financial fraud. Have the transaction reference or UTR, the amount, the date and time, and the scammer's number or UPI ID ready.
- Report on cybercrime.gov.in. The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal accepts complaints about financial fraud and impersonation, and lets you upload screenshots.
- Contact your bank. Ask it to block your card or UPI if needed, flag the transaction and change your net banking credentials.
- Remove any remote-access app and change passwords for your email, banking and panel ID from a device the scammer has not accessed.
- Tell your real desk. If your panel ID may be compromised, message the desk through the website so that it can lock the ID and reset the password.
- Keep evidence. Save screenshots of the chat, the number, payment confirmations and any links you were sent.
Remember: recovering money lost to fraud is often difficult, and reports made within the first hours have the best chance of success. Do not let embarrassment delay a report.
Record keeping and escalation
Good records resolve most disputes quickly. The habit that helps most is keeping all communication about one ID in one chat thread. That single thread then contains your ID details, every deposit screenshot, every withdrawal reference and every reply from the desk, which makes it easy to trace anything that goes wrong.
A few additional habits are worth adopting:
- Save transaction references. Your bank or UPI app shows a UTR or reference number for every payment. Keep the screenshot until the credit appears in your statement.
- Check your panel statement. Every credit, debit and settlement appears there. Compare it with your own records periodically.
- Back up your chat. WhatsApp's chat backup keeps your history safe if you change phones.
- Write down dates and times of any problem and of any answer you were given.
If a reply does not resolve your issue, say so clearly in the same chat and ask for the matter to be checked again. Explain what you expected, what happened and what you would like done, and include the relevant reference numbers. For questions about this website itself, the contact page lists the channels we use. If you disagree with how the panel settled a market, ask the desk to explain the market rules that applied; settlement decisions rest with the operator.
When you change your phone or your number
Changing phones is one of the moments when players most often lose touch with their desk. Before you switch, back up your WhatsApp chats so that the thread containing your ID details moves with you. If you are changing your phone number as well, tell the desk from your old number first, then message from the new number through a button on this website, so that the desk can link the two. Expect a short ownership check when the new number first gets in touch; that check protects your ID from anyone trying the same trick with a stolen number.
When a problem involves the panel rather than the desk
Some issues sit with the panel, not the desk: a market settled in a way you did not expect, a game that froze mid-round, or a page that shows an error. In these cases, send the desk the market or game name, the time, your bet details from the bet history and a screenshot of what you saw. The desk can raise the query with the operator and explain the relevant rules. Settlement decisions remain with the operator, but a well-documented query is far more likely to be resolved clearly than a general complaint.
Keeping your expectations realistic
A responsive desk can make the experience smoother, but it cannot change the underlying risks. It cannot guarantee that a market will settle in your favour, that a bank will never have an outage, or that your losses will be returned. If someone on any number promises those things, they are telling you what you want to hear, not what is true.
If you do not have an ID yet
If you are searching for a 99exch WhatsApp number because you want to open an ID, the process at this desk starts with a single chat from any button on this site. You will be asked for a name to attach to the ID and to confirm that you are 18 or older, and you will then receive a username, a temporary password and the current panel link. There is no charge to open an ID. Our 99exch ID guide explains what an ID contains, and the registration page covers the questions people usually ask first. If you would like to look around without money at stake, ask for a demo ID.
Before you do anything, read the next section. The legal position in India changed in 2026, and you should understand it before deciding whether to go further.
The legal position and responsible play
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, together with its Rules, has been in force since 1 May 2026. It prohibits online money games, which include online betting, across India. We are not lawyers and nothing on this page is legal advice. If Indian law applies to you, assume that taking part may be unlawful and take independent advice before doing anything. Our summary of the legal position explains more.
Support is also there for limits, not just for money. This desk can set a deposit cap, apply a time-out from 24 hours to six weeks, arrange a longer self-exclusion or close an ID permanently, all through the same WhatsApp chat. If betting is affecting your sleep, money or relationships, free and confidential help is available from Tele-MANAS on 14416. Our responsible gaming page lists more resources. You must be 18 or older to hold an ID.
Frequently asked questions
What is the official 99exch WhatsApp number?
There is no single support number for every player. The panel works through agents, and each desk supports its own players. The number that can help you is the one belonging to the desk that issued your ID; at this desk, every chat button on the site opens it.
Is there a 99exch customer care toll-free number?
We are not aware of any central toll-free helpline for players, and the agent model does not work that way. Treat any number claiming to be a central 99exch head office line with suspicion, especially if it asks for your login or a fee.
How quickly does the 99exch.in desk reply on WhatsApp?
For most of the day the first reply arrives in under a minute. During the busiest match evenings it can take up to five minutes. If a request needs checking, such as tracing a payment, the desk tells you in the chat.
Can another agent reset my password or process my withdrawal?
No. Only the desk that issued your ID can see your account, reset your password, credit deposits or send withdrawals. Contact the same desk through the chat where you received your ID.
Will support ever ask for my OTP or UPI PIN?
Never. A genuine desk does not need an OTP, UPI PIN, current password, transaction password or card details. Anyone asking for them is attempting fraud, whatever their profile name says.
Someone asked me to install AnyDesk to fix my account. Is that normal?
No. No legitimate betting desk support process needs remote access to your phone. Apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer let the caller control your device and read OTPs. Do not install them, and remove any you installed at a stranger's request.
What should I send when asking for a withdrawal?
Send your username, the amount and confirmation that it should go to your registered account or UPI ID in your own name. First withdrawals may need a screenshot showing the account holder's name. Never send passwords or PINs.
What should I do if I paid a fake support number?
Call the national cyber crime helpline on 1930 straight away, report the fraud on cybercrime.gov.in, contact your bank to flag the transaction, and keep screenshots of the chat and payments. Early reports give the best chance of recovery.
The desk number changed. How do I know the new one is real?
Confirm it through this website, reached through your own bookmark. The chat buttons always open the number configured for this domain. Never trust a message from a new number announcing that the old one has closed.
